What are Chocolate Diamonds?

Chocolate diamonds are just so hard to resist! Recently chocolate diamonds have made a comeback to the diamond market and have become very popular again due to strong marketing. Chocolate diamonds are quite rare and full of sparkle and brilliance. Shades of brown also vary depending on how concentrated the nitrogen atoms are within the diamond. The heaviest absorptions result in the darkest chocolate or brown color.
