 At Liori Diamonds, your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns of standard items purchased online within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (minus shipping and insurance).

Eligibility

● Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unaltered, and not sized, engraved, set, or otherwise modified.

● All returns must include original packaging, certificates, and accessories.

● Please contact a Liori Diamonds associate for return authorization and instructions before sending any item back.

Non-Returnable Items
