We accept returns within 14 days for a full refund or store credit (minus shipping & insurance) only for standard items purchased online. Items must be in original condition (not worn, sized, engraved, set, or altered in any way).
We do not accept returns on any special orders (i.e. special custom sizes, custom orders, engraved or set items, or any altered merchandise). Returns of sized rings will be subjected to a 15% restocking fee.
All returned items must be received by www.lioridiamonds.com within 14 days of purchase. Please call to speak with an associate prior to returning merchandise.
All returned merchandise should be mailed registered and fully insured. Purchases of standard items made in person at our showroom can be returned within 30 days for store credit only. We at www.lioridiamonds.com strive to be the best at what we do and always put our customers first.
Unfortunately AMEX has come up with a new rule and charges that we have no control over. AMEX is now charging a 5% fee on all returned items. If your paying for your order with AMEX and you decide to return your item there will now be a 5% re stocking fee. We apologize for the inconvenience but have no choice in the matter. We will also require signed paperwork regarding acknowledgement of this for every AMEX sale. Please speak to a sales representative for further details.
