Is the home try on free?
Our at-home preview service is 100% free. However, in order to deliver a true luxury experience complete with premium, handcrafted Sterling Silver and micro-pave diamond 1:1 replica rings, professional-grade ring tools and a lavish presentation box,we do require an security authorization hold of $200 per ringon the credit card of your choice. Once the Liori Luxe samples are returned and processed, this deposit will be released. As always, second-day shipping to/from is always complimentary.

How many home preview orders can I place?
We offer (1) complimentary 5-day at-home preview, which includes the full Liori Luxe experience complete with premium, handcrafted Sterling Silver and micro-pave diamond 1:1 replica rings, professional-grade ring tools, a lavish presentation box and second-day to/from shipping. If you would like an additional Liori Luxe experience, we will require the standard deposit plus an additional $60 shipping fee. This shipping fee will cover shipping to/from as well as insurance of the Liori Luxe box.
Can I return or exchange my ring?
Due to the unique experience that Liori Lux is providing for our clients to view 5 rings within 5 days time; our return policy is broken down as such:Center Stone: We will accept exchange &/or returns within 14 days for a full refund. The item must be in it's original condition (not damaged, worn, sized, engraved, set, or altered in any way).Semi Mount: We do not accept returns for the semi mount (setting) as it is considered as a special order. The ONLY exception of which we will except an refund is if there are visible signs of manufacture damage &/or defects upon arrival.
What’s covered under the lifetime warranty?
At Liori Luxe, we are committed to crafting the finest jewelry that lasts a lifetime. Because of that, we offer a Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects. We will replace any stones or diamonds under 0.10ct carat weight that are broken or lost during everyday wear and tear. Unfortunately, we are unable to cover the following in your Lifetime Warranty: Stones or diamonds above 0.10ct Center stones and diamonds Damage, loss or theft While we're happy to repair or clean your jewelry, there are fees and shipping costs assessed based on the requirements, as determined by our jewelers.
